Advanced Directives (also called Living Wills) are now becoming more popular with clients. This document is an expression of your desire to inform medical staff of your wishes, whether it be to prolong your life, or to refuse certain medical procedures, foods, or care.
Once we have arranged an Advance Directive it should be placed with your medical records, and a copy left with your will. The directive may always be changed and amended in the future. You may be concerned by religious or personal issues, these are areas that may be taken into account by setting up this arrangement.
